			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When working on the espresso machine besides unplugging the machine, you should also relieve the steam pressure completely, and <em>be aware</em>, the machine may still be <strong>very hot</strong>, enough for 3rd degree burns.  Turn the water off to the machine, but be sure to turn it back on to test for leaks, before plugging it back in. The reason for unplugging the equipment is that there can still be power to it, enough to kill you and or ruin some electronic components.</p>
